I worked with Jacob to prepare a Surf & Turf dinner for our group of 12 people in June 2017 at a private residence that we had rented for the weekend. Jacob was incredibly responsive in all my communications with him, and very flexible in putting together a delicious menu that fit within our budget. He was also easily able to accommodate any dietary restrictions in our group. He was very prepared and coordinated with me to stop by the house the day before so he could make sure that the kitchen had all the tools he needed and all the appropriate serving dishes. He put together a three course meal for us, consisting of a spinach salad with goat cheese and beets, ribeye and lobster tail with roasted vegetables, and a decadent chocolate cake. Not only was the food delicious, but he also took the time to plate each individual course beautifully for each guest. Jacob was extremely professional in all of our interactions, and was very comfortable in the kitchen with our group asking him all about some of his cooking tips and tricks. I would absolutely recommend Jacob for any group event!
