Thank you for your interest in Your Sous Chef.

We charge per person plus an 18% service fee which covers all food, service with server(s) if necessary, any plates, silverware or linen napkins needed, and cleanup.  
Gratuity is not included as we have left that up to our customers discretion. 

Our events consist of a 2-4 hour time range on average. Let us know if you anticipate the culinary team being there longer due to your itinerary as an additional fee may be required. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are 100% refundable up until 30 days prior to the event. Deposits are 75% refundable from 29-7 days prior to the event. If it's within 7 days, it's non refundable.

In Home Personal Chef

Your Sous Chef is an in-home casual to gourmet chef service. We see each customer as unique, which is why all of our services can be completely personalized to fit specific needs and preferences. DINNER PARTIES

You pick the price range and theme and I will develop a menu ranging from casual homestyle to Hors d'oeuvres and coursed out pairings. You can spend your time hosting and enjoying your family/friend's company without the hassles of shopping, cooking, serving, or cleaning.

Create your own ambiance with fine dining in the comforts of your own home. 


Service includes menu planning, shopping, food, in-home chef, serving and cleanup. You and your guests just sit back and enjoy a fresh, locally sourced, tasty and exceptional experience.

PRIVATE WEDDINGS

We specialize in providing the service you need to make your special day spectacular and memorable.

BACHELORETTE DINNER PARTIES

Put the cherry on top of your Ladies Weekend with a Dinner Party created specifically for Bachelorettes

BBQ'S/POOL PARTIES

Let me take over the grill at your next barbecue. I will grill some of your favorite recipes or you can try some of mine.

BRUNCH

Wake up to a selection of brunch items including hot coffee  and %100 fresh squeezed orange juice . Brunch is served family style with a made to order omelette option.

COOKING DEMO

This service offers a number of ways to assist you.
When the party is too big to manage yourself, I can help you plan, prep, and execute the perfect party. You finish the cooking, I'll get you all set up. You can be the star of the show.
Want to learn some Italian cooking? Gourmet? Homestyle? Mexican? Your Sous Chef will walk you through as much of the process as you would like to learn.
These interactive sessions are great for anyone wanting to take their cooking level up a notch as well as guests simply looking to have a wonderful time while learning some culinary skills.

ROMANTIC DINNER

Treat someone special to a romantic candlelight dinner at home. Ideal for anniversaries, birthdays or newlyweds.

IN HOME GETAWAY

Take a vacation for a week right in your own home! Take time off from cooking, cleaning and shopping. Makes a great gift!

COCKTAIL PARTIES/WINE & FOOD TASTING PARTIES

Great for holiday parties, business openings, networking events, class and family reunions or just enjoying the company of your closest friends. Price according to hors d'oeuvres, appetizer, entree, cheeses, desserts and wines selected.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE

Available for your traveling needs. Island hopping on your yacht? Renting a villa abroad or vacation home in the states? If you have kitchen I will travel!

MEET THE CHEF

Food has been a major part of my life since before I can remember. From being next to my Mom cooking her style which was Spanish with a huge French influence, to being next to my Grandma cooking Tex-Mex with a huge influence from the south, lil did I know it would further turn into a living.

I started as a steward back in 1996 while attending high school. After graduating, I met my wife and started a family. Of course being a young father, having a family to raise, I was unable to attend culinary school so I worked a lot of odd jobs. I worked at Jiffy Lube, Safeway, I did construction, valet parking. I was even a non emergency ambulance driver for a while. All the time I kept a part time job in the kitchen as my family was growing. In 2007, I was finally able to pursue my career full time. I've had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented chefs across the nation. Some of the places include, Loveland and Ft. Collins Colorado, Salina Kansas, St. George Utah, Tampa Florida, Yellowstone Club in Big Sky Montana, and of course our beautiful Coachella Valley here in Southern California.


As an Executive Chef and a Sous Chef over the years, I've worked on many special events and private parties. Now, having 4 beautiful kids, I am in a position where I can be there for them in a more significant role as well as continue on with my culinary passion.


As a personal Chef I am proud of what I do because I get to work directly with people and to me, food is not only a necessity, it also brings people together.
